I am so excited to announce that the pilot reality real estate show I worked on earlier this year has been picked up by HGTV as a series?woo hoo! That means we are looking for more families who either just bought or is about to buy a new home so we can assist them with remodeling specific spaces in the house. We?re casting a new show for HGTV in the San Francisco area; South Bay, Peninsula, Marin, East Bay!
People who ARE about to BUY a fixer upper that needs a major remodel.? IF you JUST bought or are you JUST ABOUT to purchase a I(Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb)? Then we ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!
We are currently casting buyers in the SF Bay area (within a one hour radius of San Francisco) who fit the following description:
- Couple that has purchased a home in the SF area -**priced $250-600K**
- They should be purchasing the home for much less than the first, original listing price
- House should need a cosmetic renovation such as bathrooms & kitchen updates (NOT foundations, roofing)
- Couple should be in escrow anytime after October
- Couple should be 25-45 years old
- Couple should be fun and outgoing, willing to be on camera
- Planning on doing renovations and have a BUDGET (tell us what it is)
We plan on telling their purchasing story and help the couple renovate their new home with our HGTV expert carpenters and designers.

- Photo of buyers
- Names, contact info and occupations of buyers
- Location of old home and new home
- Name of realtor/contact info
- What price the house was originally listed for?(first time put on market)
- What was the final purchase price?
- When they need to be moved in by?
- Why could they use HGTV?s renovation help?
- Was the couple already planning on renovation?
- How much was set aside/What was your renovation budget?
- Tell us their story.
