Job Description :

Our client is seeking a European Business Development Manager to develop and expand new and existing partner/vendor business opportunities on a pan European level within the Agricultural sector. You must be fluent in both English and German.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Contribute to the development of new global business and initiate and form own plans including own budget for your region. Identify, prioritise and target new market opportunities. Organize initial contact with prospect partner/vendor and build reliable relationships. Support Program Manager and partner/vendor during program life cycle. To negotiate new vendor opportunities and work with all applicable internal functions to ensure the opportunities meet business needs Work with internal functions and local vendor relationship managers to ensure smooth and successful launch of new vendor programmes To understand the agricultural finance market and create a growth strategy to address it, communicate to the wider business and execute against it.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Fluency in English and German essential both verbal and written ? PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE FLUENCY IN BOTH LANGUAGES. At least 5 years vendor leasing experience in the agricultural sector Strong negotiation skills at Management and Board level Possess a broad understanding of all functional areas in a leasing company Proven track record of generating incremental business from new and existing vendor relationships. Broad understanding of structuring and legal terms of vendor programme agreements under local applicable law. Excellent presentation skills Ideally live close to an airport and be able to get to Frankfurt on a regular basis
